DLM Wallace Silver Brazing Alloys are manufactured and supplied in accordance with AS/NZS 1167.1:2005
IDENTIFICATION:
DLM Silver Brazing Alloys can be identified the colour of the tip of the brazing rod. Refer to the composition chart on page.2 for identification
FORM AND SIZE:
DLM Wallace Silver Brazing Alloy rods measure 750mm in length, and come in rod diameters of 1.6mm, 2.4mm and 3.0mm
PACKAGING:
DLM Wallace Silver Brazing Alloy rods are packaged in sealed plastic sleeves of 1kg contents, and are labelled, including individual batch numbers. Certificates of Analysis are maintained, and available upon request.

2% Silver Brazing Rods
2% Silver Brazing is typically used for water systems, brazing copper to copper without the need for flux. Copper to brass requires the use of CA602 brazing flux paste. Not suitable for use with ferrous metals. MAP gas required.
