Leak-Seal tape is an open weave polyester-reinforced fabric tape with Butyl adhesion.
The waterproofing membrane / reinforcing fabric combination provides a simple yet excellent waterproofing solution for joints, corners, cracks and gaps. With its unique reinforcing fabric combined with a special 1mm nominal self-adhesive waterproofing compound, Leak-Seal provides the ultimate method in waterproofing and sealing joints, corners and cracks.
Leak-Seal Tape should be used in conjunction with Duram waterproofing membranes for ultimate waterproofing protection

Used for waterproofing and sealing joints, cracks and gaps in most building substrates in conjunction with waterproofing membranes.
Instructions for use
1. Surfaces must be even and smooth without texture, spikes or similar.
2. Peel backing paper, place Leak Seal Tape centred over joint, crack or corner with hands.
3. Overlaps should be at least 100mm.
4. Waterproofing membranes can be applied directly to Leak Seal Tape.
