Deks Shear Banded Couplings & Bushes

Deks Shear Banded Couplings & Bushes are designed for the connection and repair of low pressure pipelines (storm-water, drain and sewer)

The couplings can be used to join most common pipe materials, such as PVC, Reinforced Concrete, Earthenware, Asbestos Cement, Cast Iron, Steel etc. In conjunction with an appropriately sized rubber bush, the couplings are ideal for joining dissimilar pipe materials.

The couplings incorporate a central stainless steel shear band that protects the joint against earth movement, shear forces and heavy loads.

• Manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 4327:1995 Type B- Metal banded flexible couplings for low-pressure applications.
