Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your region:

  • North Island: 1-3 business days

  • South Island: 2-5 business days

  • Rural Deliveries: Additional 2-3 business days

Delivery Methods
We use reputable courier and freight services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within New Zealand. For inquiries regarding international orders, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@dlmwallace.co.nz

Order Tracking
For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with our courier partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
